Costa Rican boxer Yokasta Valle has added a new international accolade to her career after receiving the “Most Dramatic Fight of 2025” award. The recognition highlights the bout she fought on December 19 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, United States.

On that occasion, Valle faced American fighter Yadira Bustillo on a high-profile card headlined by Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua. Despite suffering three cuts during the ten-round fight, the Costa Rican maintained her offensive approach to defend her 105-pound world title, ultimately securing victory by judges’ decision after a bout marked by high intensity.

This recognition comes at a key moment for the boxer, who has stated that her main goal for 2026 is to become the undisputed champion in the 105-pound division.

According to her team, Yokasta Valle is expected to return to the ring between April and May of this year. Although her opponent has not yet been confirmed, the fight will be part of her strategy to unify the titles in her weight class.
