Volcánica, Costa Rica’s first national design festival

Volcánica is Costa Rica’s first national design festival, promoted by the Ministerio de Cultura y Juventud and the Centro de Producción Artística y Cultural. The event brings together designers, artists, entrepreneurs, and the general public to showcase local creative talent through exhibitions, workshops, and talks. Its goal is to strengthen the creative economy, encourage innovation, and make design more accessible as a key element of the country’s cultural and economic development.
