Overview:
La Línea is a play by Argentine playwright Luis Thenon that explores the themes of war, hope, and physical and symbolic borders. Through a narrative rich in symbolism, magical realism, and a strong visual and sound design, the story follows a woman, a man, and a young person on a journey toward a border that may offer salvation.

It is the first centralized production of the 2025 season by Costa Rica’s National Theatre Company—an institutional initiative promoting strong, diverse, and socially engaged theatrical works for Costa Rican audiences.
