Javier Perianes (Piano) – Tribute to Manuel de Falla

About the Performance:
This special piano recital is presented in two parts and explores the artistic connections and mutual influences between the work of Manuel de Falla, the Romantic genius of Frédéric Chopin, and the musical brilliance of Isaac Albéniz.

The concert is co-produced with ¡Pura Clásica! from the University of Costa Rica (UCR) and takes place in collaboration with the International Festival of Music and Dance of Granada as part of its 75th anniversary celebrations. The event also forms part of the commemorations marking the 150th anniversary of Manuel de Falla’s birth and supports Granada’s candidacy to become the European Capital of Culture in 2031.
