Guatemalan Gastronomic Festival Comes to Barrio Escalante

From August 21 to 30, Barrio Escalante will host a gastronomic festival inspired by the Popol Vuh, featuring 12 restaurants. Each establishment will offer a dish inspired by characters, symbols and stories from the K’iche’ Maya tradition, in a celebration that will also include art, cultural activities and Guatemalan products.
