From October 16 to 25, Barrio Escalante celebrates Spanish gastronomy and culture with live music, workshops, film screenings, and 12 participating restaurants. This year’s edition is dedicated to Spain’s 15 World Heritage Cities.
Dishes on offer include garlic prawns, gazpacho, crema catalana, and rice with sobrasada sausage. The program also features discussion panels, musical routes, and a tribute to chef Vicente “Vicentico” Aguilar Cerezo. Some workshops require advance registration.
