With the aim of boosting the labor market and providing new opportunities to the population, a large-scale job fair has been confirmed, offering 1,000 job openings to Costa Ricans. The event will take place next Friday, February 20, 2026.

The official venue for this recruitment event will be the Escazú Sports Complex (Villa Deportiva de Escazú), where more than 40 companies from various sectors will gather from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to receive résumés and conduct preliminary interviews.

The fair stands out for its inclusive approach, offering vacancies ranging from operational positions to mid-level management and technical roles. Participating companies, including major firms in services, technology, and commerce.

To participate, interested individuals must go directly to the Escazú Sports Complex with a valid ID document (national ID card or DIMEX). Organizers recommend bringing an updated résumé in digital format (on a USB drive or accessible from a mobile phone) as well as a few printed copies to submit to companies of greatest interest.

In addition, assistance stations will be available where candidates can scan QR codes to register their information on the employment platforms of companies that prefer “paperless” recruitment.

This initiative is supported by the Municipality of Escazú and various business chambers, which aim not only to reduce unemployment gaps but also to promote formal hiring with all legal guarantees.

Admission to the fair is completely free and does not require prior registration. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and present themselves with a proactive attitude, taking advantage of this unique opportunity for direct contact with human resources representatives from some of the country’s leading companies.
