San José, September 2, 2025 – The WordPress community in Costa Rica is preparing to host WordCamp San José for the tenth time — the official WordPress conference organized by volunteers and designed for developers, designers, marketing professionals, digital entrepreneurs, and business owners.
This year, the non-profit event will take place on October 31 and November 1 at Universidad Latina, featuring a program that combines keynote presentations, hands-on workshops, and the traditional Contributor Day.
“As we reach our tenth edition, we reaffirm our commitment to driving innovation and collaboration within Costa Rica’s and Central America’s open-source digital ecosystem,” said Alfredo Navas, coordinator of the organizing committee. “This year’s visual homage to Costa Rica’s traditional masks connects us with our roots and highlights the cultural value of WordPress as a global platform.”
National and International Guests
More than 40 speakers from Latin America and Europe will share success stories, best practices, and emerging trends. Among them are specialists in Artificial Intelligence applied to content, experts in performance and security, and UX/UI designers who have contributed to high-impact projects.

The second day will be filled with talks and networking activities, including the Nexo Connection Room, designed to help attendees learn effective networking strategies.
Design with Costa Rican Identity
The branding for this edition was created by designer Cinthya Davis, paying tribute to Costa Rica’s traditional masks and incorporating design elements that reflect the country’s cultural richness, offering a unique visual experience.
