Before the pandemic street performances were quite common in the Capital City. Some people have their own place or are in which they performed regularly. Almost becoming part of scenery.

With the restrictions, the art, the music, and the sound stopped. But recently I’ve seen more people and music coming back. Still, the feeling is not the same as it was.
