International Dance Festival:
In collaboration with Teatro Popular Melico Salazar and the National Dance Workshop.
This edition is titled VOLCÁNICA, as a metaphor for the creative and transformative power of dance in Costa Rica and the region. Like the volcanoes that shape our territory and define our geography, dance is a force that emerges from deep within, that shakes, transforms, and generates new thoughts and landscapes.
There will be programming in theater venues, public spaces, and other locations such as museums, educational centers, and laboratories.
The festival will take place in 2026 from April 20 to April 30.
