Expo Construcción 2026 will take place from March 4 to 8, 2026, at the Pedregal Events Center in Heredia, organized by the Costa Rican Chamber of Construction and sponsored by Davivienda Costa Rica. The event is held in a context of a low dollar exchange rate, creating an opportunity for those who wish to build or remodel houses, warehouses, or other properties, by reducing the cost of materials, finishes, and technology.
Over five days, more than 100 exhibitors, 103 companies, and 450 stands will come together, as well as banks and financial institutions that will offer special credit conditions for housing and real estate projects. The fair will include conferences, workshops, networking spaces for professionals (Business Lounge), and themed evening activities, in addition to services for families such as food courts, pet-friendly areas, nursing rooms, and spaces for all audiences.
Admission will cost ₡2,500 per day, with free entry for children and senior citizens, and around 25,000 visitors are expected during the entire event.
