Petit pays en taille, mais grand en convictions, le Costa Rica a une fois de plus d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019il est possible de diriger par l\u2019exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation costaricienne a soulign\u00e9 que plus de <strong>30\u202f% de ses eaux marines sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es<\/strong>, un objectif que peu de pays ont encore atteint.
