Certaines personnes ont leur propre endroit o\u00f9 elles agissent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Elles font presque partie de la ville. Et encore plus remarquable quand ils ne sont pas \u00e0 leur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec les restrictions, l\u2019art, la musique et le son se sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s. Mais r\u00e9cemment, j\u2019ai vu plus de gens et de musique revenir.
