For me is the center of the country. What most ticos think about when we say \u00abLet&#8217;s go to San Jos\u00e9\u00bb is the heart of the city. Most definitely a messy place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a city is full of smells, noises, voices, and people. Everything there is to be expect in a city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central offices of the biggest national banks, a couple of ministries, and the \u00absenate\u00bb are on or near it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a place where the rich and the poor walk side by side.
